A dust extraction system for use with vacuum assist tools is only as good as the tools set up for dust extraction. Part of Eurovac's service is to help provide either new tools that were manufactured to be vacuum assist or to provide retrofit dust extraction attachments for your existing tools. Orbital Sanders Most popular North American 5:, 6" and 8" orbital are available with the vacuum assist or vacuum ready feature built-in. We also have retrofit dust extraction attachments available for most of the major manufacturers' tools. generally the retrofit kits work just as well as the new vacuum assist tools. The major sand paper companies have pre-punched sand paper available in all the popular grits and sizes. On a flat surface, with a Eurovac vacuum system and most major manufacturers' orbital sanders, we can usually get well below OSHA's 15 Mg/m3 permissible exposure limit for nuisance dust, and 1 or 5 Mg/M3 for wood dust
